How do I set the camera up to display the current date on ALL pictures taken for my work.

The Samsung WB30F only offers date/time display on the pictures when printing:
On the Home screen, scroll to, select (the gear icon), select , select , now you can set whether or not to display the date and time on captured photos when printing.
If you want to add the date/time on the photo file, you should use photo editing software.

You should uninstall the "Samsung SMART CAMERA App" from the old phone.
