The wide-angle 16.6mm (equivalent to 28mm on a 35mm camera) lens brings perspective into play, the f/4 wide aperture allows users to get better shots in low light.
The DP1x features the True II image processor for fast and high quality image processing. The AF algorithm provides for faster auto focus and the Power Save Mode lowers the battery consumption allowing for a greater number of photos to be taken with a single battery charge.
