My Question Is..... Why is it so frigging difficult/impossible to get an answer to what should be a very simple question. How do I turn OFF my flash in my Elph 330 hs??? Anybody? It isn't in my manual. Tomas The Frustrated
Press the Right button (with Flash Icon), press the Left/Right buttons to choose FLASH OFF mode, and then press the "FUNC./SET" button. For details, please refer to user manual P40.
Thank you for answering my other question. #2... When I shoot images off TV, out of nowhere, thick black lines appear horizontally across the image window. I have not had this before. When I shoot the image, the black lines do not translate to the image I review. But they make it impossible to see an entire picture. Please, how do I eliminate this. What did I do to cause this? Thank You! Tomas
Are you shooting pictures from a old CRT TV? CRT TV refresh rate is slow (24 times per second), you’ll get a shot with a black band across the TV (as pictured) except you use shutter speed of 1/25 second or slower.
Thank You for the quick response. No, I'm not shooting off an old CRT TV. I'm shooting off a High Def new model TV. I thought maybe it was a TV setting in the camera that I needed to do something to. It has to be TV related because the lines don't occur during normal shooting. It just happened out of nowhere. It surprises me that my images do not have the lines in them. Any ideas? Tomas
When I take pictures with my camera every picture is showing up twice when I go to download it. Any ideas on how to stop this?
