I'm Joe Bartolo from Malta. Have problem with camera. LENS DIDN'T CLOSE IN. tried several times switching ON and OFF, but cannot come On again. Can you help please?

I don't know what you could do besides ask the Canon company about it. It could be the battery running low, or even the camera may be overworked, I'm not exactly sure, but I would try and get that sorted out as soon as possible.
