The WG-5 GPS equipped with a 16 MP high-sensitivity BSI CMOS sensor delivers high-quality, noise-free results, even when shooting in low light situations like underwater scenes.
The bright f/2.0, 4x (25-100mm) wide-angle optical zoom lens benefits working in low-light conditions. The Dual Shake Reduction combines an image-sensor-shift-type Shake Reduction mechanism with a Digital Shake Reduction mode, to more compensate for camera shake and subject shake in shake-prone conditions.
The WG-5 GPS is built-in GPS, which automatically records position data and travel log data onto captured images. Its pressure sensor and digital compass also allow the user to check the data of a shooting location on the camera's LCD front monitor.
